伦敦奥运会前媳妇儿拿回来几本三联周刊上，有一篇叫《英范儿–100个关键词中的传统与时尚》，随手翻了几页，正好翻到了介绍英国音乐的那一部分，从英国摇滚（Beatles, Pink Floyd, Sex Pistols, Oasis, Blur) 到Puck到BritPop再到4AD, 差不多也就是自己听音乐的轨迹，才想到原来自己受影响最大的还是英国音乐。当时就想把硬盘上的mp3整理一下，挑一些出来按照时间来排序，这样要是一次听下来肯定会别有感受。只不错事儿比较多，听一遍也不是容易的事儿，所以一拖就到了现在。
挑的时候俺尽量选专辑，但是也有一些精选集或者合集。挑选仅代表个人喜好，而且也有很多人或者乐队未入选的是因为我手头没有。
